-4 nectarines, cut into thin slices
-3 large oranges, with most of the rind removed (save the trimmings for garnish), cut into thin slices
-1-1/2 lemons, with most of the rind removed, cut into thin slices.
-3/4 cup of honey
-1 cup of brandy
-5 bottles of red wine
-5 bottles of white wine
Add all cut fruit into a 2-gallon or larger decanter, dissolve the honey into the brandy and pour it over the fruit. Add the 10 bottles of wine and stir to combine. Cover and leave this in a cool place (a refrigerator preferably) for at least 12 hours before serving.
