When you put Sara in charge of planning your wedding day, you put decades of event experience to work for you. This package is fully customizable, and begins as soon as you need us. All services offered in the partial and month-of packages are included in this, our most comprehensive offering.
Sara can plan and manage your budget, help you select and coordinate your vendors, take the reins on your design and decor, and ensure that every detail of your inspired wedding vision is perfect; so that you and your guests simply show up and enjoy some of life’s most memorable and cherished moments without a care in the world.
Partial planning package - starts at $2500
If you’re looking for help putting together a budget, advice on decor, transportation, hotels + room blocks and more, customize this package to hold your hand as you navigate the planning process.

Month-of coordination - $1850
This package is for the couple that enjoys planning out every feature of their own event, and simply needs a capable coordinator to put the details together on their wedding day. This allows you to oversee your vendor bookings, decor, and accommodation, and relieves you of the management of all those details on your wedding day, so you can focus on more important things.

While we were hesitant at first to hire a day-of coordinator, hiring for our day-of coordination was THE BEST choice we made for our wedding. After a long planning meeting, we knew we were in excellent hands because Sara is an all-star! Personable and amenable, she made sure everything turned out the way we envisioned it.
