BYOB
Our always comprehensive BYOB bar package for service of beer and wine includes EVERYTHING but the booze: Trained and Insured Bartenders, All required Bar Equipment, Large 160-can Coolers, 2 self-cooling Beer Taps*, clear plastic 9 and 12 oz. Cups, canned non-alcoholic beverages including Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Water, and ALL necessary ICE. Hourly rates are based on the hours your bar will be open, with a minimum of $550.
While the cost of alcohol is not included in this price, order your libations through our Cherry Street Bottle shop and enjoy purchasing guidance as well as free event day delivery!

If you prefer that your bartenders not accept tips from guests, a gratuity will be added.

The best way to keep your guests circulating and enjoying your celebration to the fullest is to tempt them with a satellite bar (a bar site other than your main reception bar). Whether it’s pre-ceremony champagne at the wedding site, a cocktail hour before a reception reveal, or a cozy spot for a nightcap, we’re ready to invite your guests to a specially curated bar that will keep the party going in the best ways.
unplugged cocktail hour
At Craft Event Bar Collective, we’re all about doing it right, and you’ll know what we mean when we welcome you and your guests to our unplugged cocktail hour! For an inspired 60-90 minutes, enjoy two Custom Cocktails from our cocktail kitchen, alongside water and lemonade, as well as a beautiful Cocktail Grazing Board with something for everyone. And while you enjoy the snacks and libations, nod your head to a playlist designed just for you by DJ Carolina, playing through a wireless sound system. This package also includes 5 cocktail tables and linens. See you there!

RECEPTION SATELLITE BARS COST $250 FOR SET-UP AND THE FIRST HOUR
This cost is in addition to your hourly bar package price and is typically based on your larger bar menu. We serve a wide selection of beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, water and/or specialty cocktails at a bar staffed and set up outside of the main reception space.
PRE-CEREMONY COCKTAILS
$150 plus the cost of your cocktail, includes drinking water, and opens 40 minutes prior to the ceremony.

THE BLUSHING BRIDE
$3.5 per person. Our Beautiful Prosecco and Rose cocktail, always a crowd pleaser.
OPEN MARGARITA BAR
$4.5 per person. Your guests get to choose from 4 types of Margaritas: Classic, Strawberry, Pineapple, Habañero, or a custom combination.
SPARKLING COCKTAIL BAR
$4.5 per person. Serve 4 types of Sparkling Cocktails: Mimosa, Kir Royale, Bellini, or French 75.
LATE-NIGHT SATELLITE
If you have plans for your guests to stay after dark, let us liven up the bonfire with sweet snacks and drinks. Choose one from each category, and we’ll set up a special spot for your guests to enjoy a sweet end to the evening.
SNACKS: S’mores, Doughnuts or Cheese and Crackers
Hot Beverages: Hot Chocolate, Cider, or Coffee
Shots: Godiva Chocolate, Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, or Bailey’s Irish Cream

$9 per guest, offer any of our Old-Fashioned options: Classic, Strawberry, or Fig & Balsamic.
Ala Carte Additions:
Liquor Service: $2.75/person
Includes a mixologist, a full garnish tray with lemons, limes, and oranges, Luxardo cherries, and olives; shakers, strainers, jiggers and stirrers; orange, pineapple, and cranberry juices, ginger beer, soda and tonic waters, sour mix, triple sec, sweet and dry vermouths, 2 kinds of bitters, grenadine and simple syrup.
glassware:
The provision of stemless glassware is dependent upon the availability of an approved 3-compartment sink at your chosen venue. For additional styles of glassware or to rent glasses for your table setting, ask us for a custom quote to meet your needs.
Satellite bar: $250 for the first hour, $65 for each additional hour
A satellite bar can be set up anywhere at your venue to provide refreshments at a secondary location. This includes all necessary equipment and ice for service of water and a limited selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to your menu. This cost is in addition to regular package costs for the hour(s).
Regular Coffee Service: $75
Regular hot coffee service includes ceramic cups, teaspoons, sugar and half-and-half (other creamers/sweeteners available upon request).
Add Decaf Coffee or Organic Hot Tea to coffee service: $45 per selection
Hot Tea Service: $75
Hot tea service includes ceramic cups, teaspoons, lemons, sugar and half-and-half (other creamers/sweeteners available upon request).
Add fresh-squeezed Lemonade: $230
A truly special treat on a hot day, 3 gallons of fresh squeezed lemonade sweetened with honey and sugar. Available to your guests for self-service in clear decanters on silver stands with slices of lemon and clear plastic cups.
Lemonade or Iced Tea: $65 per selection

Carly was super fun and easy to work with. The venue was great allowing us to bring our own alcohol but had awesome bartenders serving. Carly was also the DJ and did great, making for a fun evening. Beautiful.

I hired Craft Event Bar for both drink & DJ services. Their flexibility was definitely a highlight. Carly recommended we have cans instead of kegs for beers so guests could take beers home since we didn’t want to. I had a lot of out of town guests who love yuengling so the cans were a total hit!! As far as DJ services, she sent me a questionnaire asking for my preferred songs. She did a great job announcing all of the events and it was super nice to not think about the timeline during the reception. She was on it!!
